    Scope of Work:

    The scope of work for the proposed Project encompasses a comprehensive range of tasks and deliverable.   • This scope of work provides a general overview of the tasks and deliverable involved in the project. However, we recognize that each project is unique, and we are flexible in accommodating any additional requirements or modifications that align with your specific needs.

    Timeline:

      Design Phase
    • Week 1: Initial consultation and project assessment
    • Week 2: Concept development and design refinement
    • Week 4: Finalization of architectural plans and obtaining necessary approvals
      Pre-construction Phase:
    • Week 5: Site preparation and mobilization
    • Week 6-12: Foundation and structural work
      Construction Phase:
    • Week 13-46 – Construction
      Finishing Phase:
    • Week 47-50: Application of finishes, such as paint, wallpaper, and decorative treatments
    • Week 51: Installation of lighting fixtures, switches, and outlets
    • Week 52: Plumbing fixture installations
    • Week 53-54: Final cleaning and touch-ups

    Budget:

    1. 5 % of Total Project Cost at the time of agreement
    2. 15% of Total Project Cost before Starting of work.
    3. 20% of Total Project Cost on Plinth Slab Level.
    4. 20% of Total Project Cost on First slab work
    5. 5% of Total Project Cost on Tower slab work
    6. 7 % of Total Project Cost for Conducting work Plumbing/Electrical
    7. 5% of Total Project Cost for External
    8. 5% of Total Project Cost for internal
    9. 5 % of Total Project Cost for Flooring
    10. 5 % of Total Project Cost for Door & window
    11. 5 % of Total Project Cost for color
    12. 3 % of Total Project Cost before Handover.

    NOTE: For refers to payment to be done before commencement of work. On refers to payment to be done after completion of stage
